Vallone di Saint-Marcel map
Other details

S park in the square of the Plout sanctuary (955m), after Saint-Marcel. The proposed route leads to the abandoned mines of Chuc, climbing through beautiful woods and partly along the Saint Marcel stream. The road is very little used and does not show wide views. The peculiarity is given by a stream (1390m) containing a copper compound (woodwardite) which has covered the stones and sand of the bottom with a turquoise patina, giving it a truly unique appearance.
