South of Peschiera sul Garda, you can choose this nice circular path starting from the car park in Borgetto to reach the Scaligero castle of Valeggio dating back to the 13th century. and which has maintained its classic medieval appearance. We recommend the pedestrian tour of Borghetto, very characteristic and rich in history, with its mills and the Visconti Bridge.
During the summer, one cannot fail to mention the nearby Parco della Sigurtà, which can be explored on foot or by bicycle.

Sanctuary of the Corona  map

You can access the Sanctuary from Spiazzi, where you arrive by car and descend on foot in 15 minutes, or from Brentino, in Vallagarina, a small hamlet from which a 5 km path with over 1700 steps called the Cammino della Speranza or Sentiero dei Pilgrims with frequent religious references. There are 600 meters of elevation gain that can be done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very particular sanctuary, attached to the rock. There is also a simple but good quality restaurant.

Walk on Lake Garda: Bardolino - Lazise map

A 5 km lakeside walk between Bardolino and Lazise on the west side of the lake, ideal for one day  in autumn when the sun doesn't beat too hard. The towns are nice, very welcoming, and who know how to offer their typical products linked above all to the presence of vineyards and olive trees. It would be desirable to take those itineraries that cross the hills above Bardolino, otherwise the feeling is that of being at the sea.
